it's a great base for one night. we were allowed to use shuttle service.

Hotel offers shuttle service. It was close enough to Staw Zbarski. Wlochy neighbourhood was definitely worth visiting. Polska Restaurant, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the venue...

Breakfast is very varied and delicious. the buffet structure is also smart, not narrow, but large. The rooms are very clean and very quiet (no airplane noise!), also have functional furnishings (built-in furniture)
When taking a shower, the floor will inevitably get wet, because the shower wall is too short. , Unfortunately, the girl at the reception looked annoyed when you had questions.

Perfect place to stay within close proximity of the Warsaw Chopin airport, good breakfast, comfortable room, reliable fee airport shuttle, helpful staff, good value for money. I spent here only one night due to stop over and I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Our hotel room was excellent value for money and very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the dinner we had at the restaurant was very good as well
The window in the hotel room couldn't be opened as there was no handle. The air conditioning worked all right, so it was only a minor drawback.

The staff was very helpful and friendly while I needed to change my booking date at the last minute. Lady at the reception helped me and did a favor by changing my stay date. Over all everything was good.
Since this was my second time stay in this hotel, I would say breakfast this time was not too good. Last time in Dec 2015 breakfast was still better. please provide more eating options, keeping halal or veggie options in mind as this hotel is very near to the airport and I have seen many arab students staying here as well.

Hair dryer didn't work, unable to reach the reception via room phone, terrible and limited hotel restaurant menu, overpriced snacks, room was too small for a family

Breakfast to go.
I was going to take a shower in order to leave the hotel and I never got hot water. Difficult to believe in a hotel with the Hilton last name. It happened on the second day of my stay.

Breakfast was good and reception desk really kind.
Hotel is "hidden" in an office area close to the airport and my navigation system could not find it (number 39 F) I suggest to include the GPS coordinates to make it simple to reach.
